Testimonials

North Oconee Animal Hospital is by far the best veterinarian service we have ever used.  Dr. Pinson and his staff are always pleasant, helpful, and compassionate.  We all know companies need money to survive, but it is clear to me that North Oconee Animal Hospital, Dr. Pinson, and his staff, have their hearts in the right place.  The care they have for our dogs is their first priority, and it shows.

-Sincerely, David and Cheryl Woodall

Dr. Pinson and the NOAH Staff have cared for our dogs since they first opened the practice in Oconee. We are especially grateful for the care and expertise the dogs receive there. As a case in point, at 7pm one evening, Sophie our cocker, accidentially ingested four human liver transplant anti-rejection medications. Immediately we contacted NOAH's emergency answering service; Dr. Pinson returned our call within a minute - no kidding!  Though he was unfamiliar with the drug, he knew the lethal potentials of not taking immediate action.  He talked us through using a common household product to get Sophie to vomit.  We retrieved all but one.  Meanwhile, he was researching the drug to determine the next steps.  He then directed us to take her to an after-hours clinic where he prescribed a charcoal treatment.  He prepared us for expected behavior and complications and checked on her during the following weeks until we were certain all was well.

Dr. Pinson's guidance and close attention to Sophie's emergency, no doubt, saved her life.  And this is only one example...

I appreciate the opportunity to write a testimonial for Dr. Pinson and the staff at North Oconee Animal Hospital.  I have been so happy with the care and concern shown by everyone at N.O.A.H. My dogs, Bailey and Gus, are greeted by name with genuine affection.

When Bailey seemed to be failing and we were worried he wouldn't make it, Dr. Pinson correctly diagnosed him with Cushings Disease.  The meds for this have given him a new lease on life.  we are forever grateful.  Bailey has special meaning to us as he was our daughter Susy's dog.  She passed away two and a half years ago and Bailey is a constant reminder of her.

I would recommend NOAH to anyone and everyone and I do.  Thanks for being a great Vet destination.

- Sincerely, Bonnie & Mike Dirr (Gus and Bailey too)

My dogs and I love NOAH! The doctors and staff are terrific and truly care about their patients. I've brought my dogs to them for emergencies, routine visits, and surgery and have been so impressed with every aspect of their treatment. They happily answer any and all questions. Despite having a state of the art facility, they somehow manage to keep the costs affordable. And with three dogs, that really helps! I'd recommend them to all who want kind, thorough, reasonably priced care for their furry family members.

Thank you, NOAH! Brenda Cleary

I owe Dr. Pinson and his staff a huge debt of gratitude.  He saved both of my dog's lives.  Both dogs had developed different, rare, complicated, autoimmune diseases.  Dr. Pinson was able to diagnose both of them, treat them, and nurture them back to good health.  I feel fortunate because I know many vets would not have been able to diagnose these illnesses, which can mimic many other conditions and diseases.  Dr. Pinson cares deeply about my pets and understands they are family.  He is highly trained, skilled, personable, and dedicated.  He and his staff are extremely responsive and I have always been able to bring my pets in on short notice when they needed care.  I could not have hoped to find a better veterinarian and I am beyond pleased with the care my pets have received.
